What This Hub Represents

Before Jewish self-defense was legal, it was clandestine. Under Ottoman and British rule, Zionist resistance took the form of secret cells, intelligence rings, arms smuggling, and covert organization.

This hub focuses on underground and resistance leadership: the individuals and networks who accepted criminalization, imprisonment, and execution in order to ensure Jewish survival and future statehood.

These movements did not seek recognition — only continuity.
