The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Israel and most EU countries. If your country doesn't appear at checkout, we can't ship there yet.

Possibly. Your country may charge duties or import taxes on international orders. Those are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in our prices or shipping.

You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking number by email once it ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating.

Email us right away. Once production starts, an order can't be rerouted. If a package comes back because of an incorrect address, reshipping is at the customer's cost.

Contact us within 15 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement when appropriate.

If your order arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you.

Email us your order number, a short description of the issue and a photo. If approved, we'll send instructions for your replacement or refund.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If you don't see it after 10 business days, check with your bank or card provider, then email us.
